Little remains of a home in the City of Lodi that was gutted by a fire early in the morning on Halloween. According to Lodi police, a cause has not yet been determined with investigation being managed by the State Department of Criminal Investigation.

Investigation is continuing following a devastating house fire in Lodi early in the morning on Halloween.

The Lodi Fire Department arrived as a fire on an attached deck began to involve the rest of the house. Emergency departments were dispatched following a report from a neighbor. The residents of the home were reportedly able to safely escape before the fire spread throughout the house, though flames were seen coming out of all windows on the first and second story.
