MCFARLAND — A 40-year-old McFarland man is facing 28 counts of possessing child pornography after investigators found 103 sexually explicit images on an online account.

According to a criminal complaint, McFarland police began investigating John Kramper on July 10, 2023, after receiving a cyber tip report regarding child pornography from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation.
