Obituary and death notices guidelines

Place an obituary in an APG of Southern Wisconsin newspaper, including:

• Cambridge News & Deerfield Independent

• Lake Mills Leader

Funeral homes often submit obituaries as a service to the families they are assisting. However, we will be happy to accept obituaries from family members pending proper verification of the death.

It is requested that funeral homes use Memoriams by Ancestry to place all notices.

Private party

It is requested that all private parties use APG Obituary Placement to place an obituary.

Obituaries are charged based on space, photos, emblems and number of publication days. Pricing starts at $55.

Death Notice:

A death notice can publish one day in print and online at no charge. The notice can include a specific details which can be found on the submission form. There must be a clear connection to an APG of Southern WI newspaper market area. Contact your funeral director to place a notice. It is requested that funeral homes use Memoriams.com.

Full Obituaries:

Full obituaries are charged based space, photos, emblems and number of publication days. Pricing starts at $55. It is requested that funeral homes use Memoriams.com.
