The parade

Members of the Marshall and Waterloo BSA youth programs help in the Parade of Fallen Heroes at the Dane County Regional Airport.

As veterans from throughout the region returned from their Badger Honor Flight trip to Washington, D.C., Nov. 4, Marshall & Waterloo's BSA Youth Programs -- Pack 76, Troops 76 and 7076 -- were there to greet them.

Volunteers

Uncle Sam stopped by to pose with the local BSA members.

The scouts reported to the Dane County airport to assist the American Red Cross in handing out cookies and water to the veterans' families and the public who they welcomed the travelers back to Madison. The scouts also assisted the parade in recognizing the Fallen Heroes who passed away before their flight, and helped clean up the airport after the celebration.
