SHEBOYGAN — Waterloo Utilities, the community’s locally owned, not-for-profit municipal electric utility, was honored Thursday, Sept. 14 during the WPPI Energy Annual Meeting in Sheboygan.

The utility is a member-owner of WPPI Energy, a joint action agency and wholesale energy provider.
