MILTON -- The Milton Public Library recently received the Wisconsin Library Association’s 2023 Programming Innovation Award for their Wise Owl/Little Owl program.

The program pairs teenagers in middle and high school with elementary school-age readers to encourage young reader’s confidence and joy for reading.
